Enterprise Architect provides a number of reports in different formats, including HTML, PDF and RTF reports. There are a number of other options available for distributing model information which include:

Requirements

Do you have a sample Requirements Model available for review?

Yes.

The Enterprise Architect Example Model has a detailed requirements model available, simply click on the Requirements Model link.

How does Enterprise Architect support Requirements Management?

Create and view requirements as elements directly within the Enterprise Architect model and record essential information including status, difficulty, priority, description, functional vs. non-functional, and more. Requirements Management is an essential part of controlling complexity, risk, project scope and in unambiguously defining the goals and criteria for a successful software or business project. With UML and Enterprise Architect, you can model complex requirements and provide full traceability from each requirement right through to the final deliverables and system behavior.
