Follow BODMAS rule to solve this question, as per the order given below,

**Calculation:**

\(\frac{{2\frac{1}{3} \times \frac{3}{{14}}\,of\,5\frac{1}{2} \div 16\frac{1}{2}}}{{16\frac{1}{2} \div 5\frac{1}{2} - \frac{3}{{14}}\,of\,2\frac{1}{3}}} \div \frac{{\frac{1}{2} - \frac{1}{2} \times \frac{1}{2}}}{{\frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{2}\,of\,\frac{1}{2}}}\)

⇒\(\frac{{\frac{7}{3} \times \frac{3}{{14}}\,of\,\frac{11}{2} \div \frac{33}{2}}}{{\frac{33}{2} \div \frac{11}{2} - \frac{3}{{14}}\,of\,\frac{7}{3}}} \div \frac{{\frac{1}{2} - \frac{1}{2} \times \frac{1}{2}}}{{\frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{2}\,of\,\frac{1}{2}}}\)

⇒\(\frac{{\frac{7}{3} \times \frac{3}{{14}}\,\times \,\frac{11}{2} \ \times\ \frac{2}{33}}}{{\frac{33}{2} \ \times \ \frac{2}{11} - \frac{3}{{14}}\,\times \,\frac{7}{3}}} \div \frac{{\frac{1}{2} - \frac{1}{4}}}{{\frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{4}\,}}\)

⇒\(\frac{{\frac{1}{6}}}{{3 \ - \frac{1}{{2}}}} \div \frac{{\frac{1}{4} }}{{\frac{3}{4} }}\)

⇒\(\frac{ \ 2}{6 \ \times \ 5} \ \div \ \frac{1}{3 } \)

⇒ \(\frac{1}{15} \ \times 3\) = \(\frac15\)

**∴ After simplifying we get \(\frac15\).**
